I use the Oxygen Saturation Data on a daily basis to help manage my COPD.

I also have taken out a Premium subscription to enable Health Metrics for this reason.

Since the recent downgrade I no longer can access this data.

Unless I get a satisfactory explanation, I will be contacting Consumer Rights, Which, Trading Standards and any other means to demand a refund for my device which is no longer suitable for the purpose for which it was intended. It also was one of the main selling points of the device.

Upset eight year multi device user.
