Firends' posts all say 'this person has no visible posts'

Every friend on my Fitbit app shows 'this person has no visible posts'.

 

This is just untrue as they are posting on group feeds & I used to be able to see their posts.

 

How do I fix this so I can actually see my friends' posts?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please try the following:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

In addition, you can uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
