When is the next firmware upgrade? I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge which was released March 11th 2016 over 4 months ago. Step your game up FitBit!

Must have just updated recently, Flex now syncs with my GS7 Edge. Thanks FitBit!!

I'd love it if fitbit answered your question but they don't tend to announce anything until it is released. Which fitbit do you have? Are you hoping for any new feature in particular? If so you could post a feature request at: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Requests/idb-p/features

I have the Flex, I just want it to sync with my phone. I went through all the steps to troubleshoot. Customer Support told me that my phone was too new lol. FitBit needs to update their firmware more frequently to stay up to date with the high demand of new technology.

I rather doubt firmware has anything to do with it; I suspect updates to the Android app is what enables new to market phones to become compatible.
