First active hour of the day won't sync from Pixel Watch to Fitbit app

Two days in a row my pixel watch is showing that I completed the first hour of active hours, but the app will not acknowledge it. Yesterday, the watch indicated that I completed all hours and the app said all but the first. Today, I just watched my watch indicate completion of the first hour, but the app will not. I tried multiple times to sync, but it wouldn't do anything. I also tried to upload screenshots, but that's not allowed?

Hi there, @phrinda. Nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums.

Thanks for the steps you've tried to fix the issues with your hourly goal on the Fitbit app. Please keep your phone and Fitbit app on your watch updated. Since this has helped other users. Note: recently we released Android Fitbit app 3.70. You can also make sure to check that detail.

Then try the following steps in that order:

  1. To confirm that the Fitbit app on your watch is up-to-date >Press the crown.
  2. Swipe up to the Play Store app, and tap the app to open it.
  3. Swipe up and tap Manage apps.
  4. Update all. (To check for system updates, see Check for updates.)
  5. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  6. Restart your watch and try to sync again.

Hope this helps.
