Shows only a bar of light halfway and shows a "!" In the middle, I tried everything

Welcome to the Community @Colorblind2u. Could you please tell me if you have a Charge HR or Charge so I can provide you the correct instructions? In the meantime, follow the Setup Procedure from a computer or mobile device.
