Please could someone tell me why when i track a walk using the fitbit app the time spent walking is often very wrong and therefore so is the pace. For example, this morning i went for a walk wearing my charge hr. At the start of the walk at 8.53am i used the app to turn on the gps tracking feature and at the end of the walk i stopped it. I can now see a map of the walk on my dashboard. I walked for about 1hr 30mins but the time on the dashboard says 3hrs 23mins. Why is this? It hasn't even been 3hrs 23mins yet since i started the walk so there is no way it is possible. this also makes my pace really slow because the time is so wrong. I think the issue come from the start time. When i look at the tracked walk on a pc it says start time 8.53am but on the app it says 7.00am. 8.53am is the correct time and the time on the phone when i started the tracking so i don't know where 7.00am has come from? Another thing that is strange is that on the app on the dashboard it first says 9.93km walk until you touch it and then it says 4.28km which is right. Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @katy123. It's great to have you here. This behavior sounds weird. If you are still experiencing this issue please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Let me know how it goes.
I moved this thread to the Android app board because it's more related to the topic. Keep up the super stepping.
