My Fitbit charge 2 has not synced up for 7 days . Can anyone help Please

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

There is some urgency with this as fitbits can only hold detailed data for up to 7 days between syncs (only 5 if you have the Alta) so you may be losing data now. (NB it will still store daily totals but it stops tracking minute by minute data)

To all that gave me information on my problem, thank you. I got it back up and running.
