I am having issues with my new phone finding my Charge 2. I have the app downloaded, not sure why it isn't picking it up.

Is your new phone supported by fitbit? You can check at www.fitbit.com/devices
Do you still have your old phone? If you do, check that there isn't still a link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings as this could be blocking the connection to the new phone.
