Best Answerif you click the "restarting your charge" link posted above, it will take you to a page with instructions on resetting. Scroll down the page a bit and you will see Alta, Charge & Charge HR and other Fitbit products listed. Click on the Charge & Charge HR link and it will give instructionsf for the Charge (if this is the Fitbit that you have). If you have a different fitbit, click on the link to the one you have.
