Fit bit not syncing with Samsung Note 4

I am having problems with my Fit bit syncing with my Note 4. It worked fine until last friday, when it suddenly quit. I have followed all the troubleshooting ideas listed on the help forum - restarted my phone, turned off bluetooth, deleted the app and reinstalled, my os is up to date. Any ideas? It's been working fine until Friday.

@Okieoliveoyl I recommend restarting your Charge and then giving it another try. Let me know if that helps.

How do you reset? I push the button and a timer comes on no matter how long I push it.

http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186   see if that will help.  That's what i did to reset my charge.

I don't know what an alta is. Mine only came with a tiny cable.

if you click the "restarting your charge" link posted above, it will take you to a page with instructions on resetting.  Scroll down the page a bit and you will see Alta, Charge & Charge HR and other Fitbit products listed.  Click on the Charge & Charge HR link and it will give instructionsf for the Charge (if this is the Fitbit that you have).  If you have a different fitbit, click on the link to the one you have.
