Fitbit and MyFitnesssPal apps are connected but information not transferring to MFP. I have signed out of apps and singed back in. I uninstalled Fitbit and reinstalled thorough MFP. Nothing is working. Need more ideas on what to dol

Hi, @tnkatie welcome to the community. Once you have both the Fitbit app & MFP installed and up & running you can sync by following the screen instructions. My experience is you will need to manually sync your Fitbit app if data from MFP has not appeared. I find it reliable, You may find this article of interest Guide: Integrate Your Fitbit With A World Of Apps If you are still having a problem I suggest you clear the cache in both apps & restart your phone.
