Fitbit connecting issues

I got a new phone in September and ever since then my Fitbit would not register emails or messages, just phone calls. Went through the process of restarting app, deleting app, tried to resync phone to Fitbit and now nothing registers on my Fitbit as far as my phone goes (calls, texts, emails). How can I fix this?

Hi, @Lauralou415, welcome to the community, It appears you have successfully paired your Fitbit device (You do not mention which one you have) as you are getting phone calls. You may find this article of interest How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?,
