I'm having the same problem with my fitbit one. I thought it was maybe because it's old but I'm seeing the same problems on this forum regarding all versions. It's very frustrating!
Mine started when I accepted the new app. It said once you did that you can not go back to the old. I am going to try and talk to a REAL person. Lol. Good luck
