Hey there @60biker. Great to see you around! 😄

Sometimes your tracker's bluetooth may get stuck as it happens with other bluetooth devices. What I can recommend for this situation is to restart your tracker. For your Fitbit Charge HR just put it to charge as you would normally do, then press and hold the button while charging for 10-12 seconds and your tracker will turn off and come back on with the Fitbit Logo and the  version number. After that, it's also worth turning offy our phone's bluetooth off and turning it back on and then just try to restart your tracker again and see how if it syncs without any problem.

Hope this helps and let me knwo if you need more help with this. Good luck!

I followed the directions, and still not updating.  Tracker has reverted to Jan 1, and is not resetting.  Please help.  Devise is only 2 months old

Hi there @carasoup! Great to see you in the Community Forums!

I can recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. For that, try to restart it again by following my instructions above and after that, open up the Fitbit app on your mobile device, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner and tap on "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and see if this helps.

Let me know how it goes!

Will this method also work for fitbit One? It appears that something has happened to the app, as both mine and my husbands fitbits will no longer sync at all. very frustrating, never had this issue previously. Hubby has a new charge 2.

Hey there @shocolatmoose! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😄

I'd say that the same method or restarting your tracker and if that doesn't work to set it up as a new device will work. To restart your Fitbit One, put it to charge as you would normally do and while it's charging, press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to turn off,  take it off the charger, press the button again and it will come back on and after that you can proceed with the rest.

Let me know how it goes!

Yep, I got it to work. my husbands charge 2 wouldn't so we uninstalled it
and went to set it up as a new device and now it won't even pair with
Fitbit! thoughts?

Thanks for getting back @shocolatmoose!

Have you guys tried to restart his tracker? For restarting a Charge 2, put your tracker to charge as you would normally do. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.

After that, try to set it up again and see if this works.

Keep me updated!

I tried resetting my Fitbit alone. I've tried resetting my Fitbit and turning off my bluetooth on my phone. Neither one will allow my Fitbit to sync with my phone. I can sync if I connect it to my laptop. I would really like some help getting it fixed! I love my Fitbit when it is functioning properly! Please help me!!
