have you tried to reset your phone?

I had to do this today.

Another option unsinc you're Fitbit then re add it if that makes sense.

Sorry when I said reset your phone, I meant turn off and on again.

 there done that … unsync  re sync … nothing … I have it connected to my computer trying to reset it nothing

I'm having the same problem and more.. the clock is out, it won't sync, did the whole thing of install and re install and now it won't pair to my phone.. gees.. support told me to do all of that and get on this..
