Fit but not converting lbs to stones correctly

So I hope I am not being stupid here but I have a 3rd party scale that syncs my weight with fitbit.. I have been doing the 17 day diet cycle 1 and yesterday I weighed 165lbs and today 164lbs..I was excited to go onto fitbit app and be in new weight bracket as my weight that I show in pounds on fitbit was showing 11.10.9 and I figured with exactly a pound off I'd go down to 11.09.9... However the fitbit app showed 11.10... So then I did a manual calculation and divided 164/14 and it gave me figure of 11.71... So why is fitbit rounding it up to 11.10.. Just under 3lbs is a massive difference.. I changed the fitbit units to pounds and they correspond to same as scale, it's just when it goes to lbs to stones.... I'd love for someone to show me I'm being thick haha!! Or should I just convert my weight from. Lbs myself to get the correct number.

I think the problem is with your manual calculation.

As you say, 164 pounds divided by 14 gives 11.71 but means 11 stones plus 0.71 of a stone. This is 0.71 x 14 = 9.94. So, 164 pounds is 11 stones 9.9 pounds.

Your fitbit is showing 11 stones 10 pounds so it's only 0.1 pounds out and this is probably just rounding errors.

Thank you so much. I had a sneaky suspicion it might be my bad maths haha!

This is the problem when the conversion to imperial measures isn't done properly ie stones, pounds and ounces. The pound isn't meant to be decimalised. This just leads to confusion.
