Interesting reading these boards to see how many people have problems syncing. My Charge 2 stopped syncing after a FitBit update, the only way i can get it to sync is to turn bluetooth off and on repeatedly. It means not only is it not updating automatically, i also do not get notifications about texts, calls, or warnings when the battery is low. None of the advice from FitBit is of any help. It seems to me that they are basically washing their hands of the issue, by endlessly giving out the same unhelpful troubleshooting advice. I tried (as per their advice) to connect my Charge 2 as a new device, but it won't even let me do that because....yes you guessed it, i can't connect via Bluetoooth. i will definitely NOT be replacing this one with another FitBit device in the future.

I haven't purchased a FitBit yet and just came here to gauge the quality of FitBit's tech support, but I think I'm going to steer clear after reading your post and so many others! Thanks for chiming in.
