I received the Android 9.0 update last night. Prior to the update my Fitbit was synching appropriately and receiving notifications. After the update, while the Fitbit is still synching it is no longer receiving notifications. I have spoke with Customer Service and they informed me it was a known issue, and I would have to wait until an update to the Fitbit App. My phone is a Samsung A6. I have not had any issues until now. I have looked through the Community Board and several others are having similar issues. Customer Service was not sure when the update to the App would be available to fix this issue or if it was scheduled to be fixed. The notifications is one my favorite features of the device. The issue seems to be in getting the Bluetooth to recognize the Fitbit. Fitbit please fix this issue!! Can you add it to the next update??

Hi Tabby82, I've been going through settings for 3 days trying to sync Versa to Bluetooth. Now I know why.

I spoke with Customer Service this morning, and was informed it is a glitch within the app, which is affecting all Anroid users, and goes back to when they updated the dashbord in the App. Currently there is still no fix for the problem other than they are still working on it, and no information on when an update may be released 😞
