When you tap on the heart tile you get a list of graphs of your heart rate per day. You are meant to be able to tap on each of these to view the graph in more detail. However, when I tap on them usually nothing happens. I have to keep trying for ages before it will actually respond to the tap and bring up the graph. Once I've managed to get it to recognise the tap, I can tap on any graph in the list with no issues for a short time.
I notice someone else reported this back in 2017: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Heart-rate-graph-issues/m-p/2246427#M60522
My fitbit is a Charge 3 and my phone is a Sony Xperia XA1 running Android 8.0.0.

This didn't fix the issue for me, it just undid all my customisations to the tile layout which I didn't realise would happen 😞
Sometimes tapping on the heart rate graphs works and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, the row doesn't even highlight, it just doesn't recognise the touch at all. In fact when I first got the fitbit I didn't realise you COULD tap on those graphs to view them closer, because of this!
