Hello,
I don't actually own a fitbit but brought my girlfriend one. Since installing the fitbit app she has been having major battery issues with her phone. The fitbit is a charge2 and the phone dosnt even last 5 hours on a charge now (was previously 2 days). The fitbit app is just killing the battery.
We have tried turning off the all day sync and setting the heart rate to auto, but this has not helped.
The fit bit is not even a day old, what can we do to fix this as it is unusable...

@CaptRex, in addition to turning off All-Day Sync, turn off Always Connected. Did you restart the phone after installing the Fitbit app? If not, try restarting the phone.
