FitBit Versa 'Run' not calculating PACE correctly.

As of this morning 9/28 I ran a 5k with a chip time. I compared it to FitBit Run and it shows 8.29, when my pace was really 11.15. How can this be repaired ? Is there an update? How do I run an update on a versa?

Can't tell anything without knowing whether or not you were using connected-GPS, fitbit connected to phone's GPS.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
