I have a Samsung S6. I too am affected by the battery drain issue with the app on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have removed my device and added it again. I have restarted my phone. Still will not sync with my phone. I get a window telling me my Bluetooth is not working to turn that off and back on. Funny how all my Bluetooth earbuds work JUST FINE. I can sync with my dongle on my home computer. I really should not plug that into a usb on my work computer. I am in 2 challenges and I track my 250 an hour from 8am est - 4pm est. Now I can't since I will be working and no sync capabilities. And no, I can't do a lot of testing because I do have a job from 730-4. Gone from home even longer. I really was upset when y'all discontinued the One and now this. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @StaceyB93!
Thanks for sharing your feedback on the matter. It does sound very frustrating.
As you can see by clicking here there was an update on the Fitbit app that resolved the battery drain issue thar was going on. If you update the app it should work correctly in that regard.
I'd recommend doing so and then trying to sync once again in case it helps. You can read more on how to update the app. If it didn't work, please let me know.
I hope you find this useful. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
