Hi am using Fitbit alta it is randomly switchted off ...I restarted ....Uninstall n reinstalled app again but no use...Same problem repeated

And today new problem started it is showing Fitbit but.com maintenance

What to do and how to solve this issues...Plz help me out...

Welcome to the Forums @Hasini.

 

I'd like to take a closer look at the situation and ask you a few questions:

  • Is the message showing on your Alta or on the Ftibit app?
  • Could you take a picture, or screen shot, of the message that you are getting?
  • Have you tried running the setup once again? There is a chance that it could get your Alta working properly once again.
