The other day my LG v20 did a software update. My phone and fitbit alta we're doing just fine and then after the update it wasn't compatible with my phone in the aspect of only receiving calls and texts. Everything else it syncs fine. Im requesting the LG v20 for at&t be added to the phone compatibility list please.

You should add this to the features forum. It wont bee seen here.

But they are adding phones all the time. It takes time to test them. New phones come out on a daily basis

Hi there @ccanada1, great to see you in the Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're not being able to receive notifications any longer from your LG v20 😕

As @WendyB says, this has to do with compatibility between Fitbit and your phone. When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.

For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.

In the meantime, I can probably recommend removing your tracker from the connected Bluetooth devices on your phone and to add it again. go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". You can try to set up your tracker as a new device after that.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know if you need anything else!

PS. I'm moving your post to the Android App board for categorization purposes.
