All day today my Alta hr hasn't been syncing with any of my devices. I keep getting a msg saying my tracker can't be found. I have tried every trouble shooting option with no luck and have now deleted it from the app and have been trying to add it back again through "add a new device" but again, my tracker can't be found. Any suggestions please.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the fitbit using the following procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Hi Steve. Yes I did that, plus I deleted the tracker and set up a new one. It is working at the moment but it took lots of attempts.
