I have had my fitbit Alta 3 days and for first 48 hours it synced fine to my phone but now it won't. I have tried blue tooth on and off, I have tried logging in and out if app. It seems to connect sometimes but then some data is visible ie I click on steps and it shows on the chart but not on the dash board, and other bits of data such as sleep just not there. Getting frustrated with my new toy!!!!! Have tried all the advice from the advice pages I think.....

This has been happening to be on and off for the last 2 days! Just got my Alta on Christmas. I've restarted my phone and that's worked, but now I can't get it to pair with my Bluetooth!!!! 😠 very frustrating lol.

I seem to have sorted it out. I did a restart on the actual fitbit by connecting the power cable and pressing the button on the cable 3 times in 8 seconds, which I read about online and now all is fine. Phew!
