Hi everybody!
I just got a Fitbit Alta to replace my old charge. I first tried to sync it to my Droid Turbo and whenever I entered the numbers it would tell me "problems connecting?" and never let me get any farther. Anyways, I went to my laptop and connected it on there. Everything went smoothly but it still will not sync with my Droid Turbo. I have tried resetting both my phone and the fitbit, I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. I have been through the troubleshooting and to no avail. I really need it to connect to my phone as thats obvioulsy more handy for me. I can get it to pair with my phone (through bluetooth). Also, I have location on and the updated OS system.

UPDATE: So I was able to get it to sync once I left wifi and switched the 3G. So I guess maybe it was the Wifi? The problem is that it is the wifi I use most often.
