Auto Food log Not Working

I have a new Fitbit Blaze... and have a Samsung Galaxy S7. I did all the recent updates on my fitbit. I initially was able to use the auto populated food log when logging food. But now, when I try to log food from the app, I start typing the food and the auto-populated list no longer works. I tried logging out of the app completely, I tried resetting my fitbit, and even tried it on the computer to log out and log back in again. Is anyone else having this issue? I read many threads and posts on how to fix this, but nothing is working.

@Lioness512 thanks for stopping by! Fitbit is always improving apps and trackers by releasing updates. So, I'm happy to let you know that there is a new version for the Fitbit app for Android that was just released today, December 12. 

 

To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your Android device:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Fitbit App.

To update the Fitbit app:

  1. Open the Google Play store on your device.
  2. Tap the menu button.
  3. Tap My Apps and choose the Fitbit app.
  4. Tap Update. If you want automatic updates in the future, check the Allow automatic updating box.

After the update, let me know if the auto Food Log is functioning. I'll be around! Smiley Happy
