Up until recently, my phone was my device. However now I can't see to be
able to sync it.

@AlunHumphreys welcome to the forums! Please keep in mind that we don't provide support for the MobileTrack feature on HTC One M8 mobile devices. For the latest list of devices that support the MobileTrack feature, visit http://www.fitbit.com/devices. Fitbit frequently adds support for new devices, so if yours isn't listed check back soon.
If your mobile device is listed as supported then I recommend, re pairing your MobileTrack feature one more time. To do so:
