Fitbit Android app crashes instantly

Every time I try to open the android app it shows the loading screen for a second and then returns me to my home screen! I have tryed reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data, restarting my device, and everything I could possibly think of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a Amazon Fire Tab HD8 2020.

Hi @Bigboss665  the Fitbit app requires a true Android 12 or higher. Amazon has a Fire operating system which is not a true version of Android. You have a compatible smartphone you can use?
