Can't log in this morning 3/13/23. App says "down for maintenance". Android App, Charge 5 Watch. Yes my Phone software is up to date; Android 12. I Uninstalled the App and reinstalled and get same message. I can't find anything on Community about scheduled maintenance. The App has been acting up the last few days; data not displaying because of buffering/circling like not connecting. Seemed like my wi-fi because I could access if I turned off my wifi. I am assuming this is the reason the App is down now? To fix something broken after the recent App update?
Update: message now says "Fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later".

Mine stopped working as well, but I have a versa 3.

It's working now EXCEPT not when I am connected through my wifi. My watch will not sync in wifi mode and sone of the App Dashboard data doesload. If I access the App through my mobile phone internet, seens fine. Never been a problem before. Help forum says to make sure wifi enabled on App, Phone..etc. I have looked at every setting everywhere and can't find that.

It has nothing to do with the device. My app stopped also. In the EU we have a warranty of 2 years. Maybe I will make use ot that.

Thanks for reaching out about the Fitbit app. Appreciate the explanation. Please make sure that a new version of the Fitbit app was released recently. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If not, please update the Fitbit app and try using the app again. Note that when the app is under maintenance it is just temporary. You can always try again later.

I literally downloaded the new version about 25 mins ago. I still cannot connect my fitbit to my android - Samsung Flip 3. This started with the update several months ago.
