Fitbit App Blocking Phone notifications

Hello, 

 

I recently received a versa3 as a gift and noticed that notifications from other apps get suppressed entirely or heavily delayed.

 

I uninstalled the app to test and the problem went away, installed the app again and back came the issue. 

 

Between that, and the ridiculous battery drain on my phone because of the app it's getting incredibly annoying. 

 

I have a Google Pixel 6 and have never seen an app with this many annoying issues

You may want to look at changing the default app permissions or the way your Pixel manages notifications. It might take some experimentation.

 

Caveat, I am not a Fitbit or a Google expert 🙂
