How can you get an app issues resolved after waiting 3 years.

I've been having an ongoing step synching issue with my android app for 3 years. I have escalated several Cades and have never had my issue resolved. How can I contact someone in Fitbit that can actually get something done?  I understand that a hard time line may not be possible but after 3 years of the same run around,  I am looking for a different  approach as all the routes provided have failed.......

 

Anyone out there in Fitbit world care that I've been waiting 3 years?

Hi @Ronnn1974  you won't get the help you need in this area of the forum. This is where independent developers ask for help with their own apps, not the Fitbit app. I'll move this to the Android area of the forum for more relevant responses. Which version of Android do you have and can you explain a bit more about your issue so you can get the proper direction for help.
