My app keeps closing every time I click on "Menstrual Health." I've restarted the app, turned off wifi and blue tooth (then turned them back on), I've restarted my phone, and I've uninstalled the app then reinstalled.
I need to access this information. How can I get the app to work properly?

Same thing has happened to me this week. I've unistalled and reinstalled several times. turned my phone off and tried to login on line, which doesn't exist anymore. I've been logging my cycle all through perimenopause and need to access this info for the doctors.
Can anyone help?

Mine still isn't working and it's the only thing that causes the app to crash. I'm guessing it has to be a bug. How do we contact app support about fixing it?

When I tried to contact support, that also shut my app down.
