Fitbit App Displays Incorrect Month

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Been using the Fitbit app for many years now, never had issues with the calendar date until the New Year. However, starting on 1/1/2024, the month noted in my Food and Water tabs is listed incorrectly. The dates along the bottom of the graph are the correct month, but the month listed above the graph is either one month off or blank. I don't see the issue in other tabs (because other tabs noted "This Month" instead of listing the month name). If you go back to look at previous months, the month name is perpetually one month off (aside from December, which is blank).

I tried logging out and clearing my app data with no change. The website appears to list the date correctly whereever I can see it.

Same, but with weight.   It has been happening on and off recently.  Earlier today it correctly said "January" but just changed to February.  It's driving me nuts.

Thanks, Google.  Keep firing your software engineers.

Hi, @Michsam23, may I suggest you go a step further, I'm not experiencing this issue with a PW2 & Pixel 8 Pro with the app on 4.06.

Sync your Fitbit app, clear the cache & storage, delete the Fitbit app & restart your phone. Reload the Fitbit app, log in & pair your device to the app if required. If this does not work repeat but restart your device as well.

I hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

Cheers
