Fitbit App Log Only Going Back to 2022

Hi. Hoping you all can help. I've been a fitbit user since 2015. I've always been able to go back in time to see how I'm trending. When I go to the "All Time" option it is only giving me 2024, 2023 and 2022 data. Nothing from before then. The graph doesn't even show anything prior. Is there a way to get all the information to show up? Thanks, Andrea

Hello @asherman85 

There's an issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see some of our historical data. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem.

As best as I can tell, there isn't any loss of our data. It seems to me to be a syncing issue between the Fitbit servers and the app.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.
