Fitbit App Won't Load - "Down for Maintenance?"

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Alta would not sync today unless I reset it each time I wanted it to sync. Then it wouldn't sync or even load - all of the little circles on the app were greyed out and kept spinning. I turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted the phone, did a "force stop" on the app - nothing worked. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it, and now I'm getting a "down for maintenance" message and have not even been able to log in (I have the Android app). And yes, I have wi-fi and bluetooth turned on. Any advice?

P.S. - I found the solution, so I thought I'd add it here in case anyone else experiences this. I reset my router, and the problem was solved.
