Good evening,
I have a Versa 2 and a Huawei P30 Pro. I have only had my watch for a week and have only once been able to revive a WhatsApp message on my watch. The rest of the time the notification service isn't running. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggested, deleted and reinstalled app, reset Bluetooth, reset phone and watch, checked all settings and still it says notification service not available. As this is one of the main reasons I got this watch I need this sorted. Can someone please help.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
