Hey @Israelarreola11.
From what you are saying, it could be that the app is installed on an SD card, or other memory device, that is in your phone. Let's try to move the app to the phone's internal memory and then try to run the same process, that should definitely help so that the app has an easier time responding.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best AnswerI have the Pandora Plus account. When I try to click on the Pandora app on my Versan I get a message saying there is something wrong with my subscription. Check Pandora settings in the Fitbit mobile app. Nothing I do will bring my stations back. I have restarted my Versa twice and it doesn't help.

Thanks for bringing this up, it sounds quite bothersome.
In this case I'd recommend that you try to get in touch with Pandora directly as it is saying that something is wrong with the subscription. They should be able to help you out and determine what is going on.
Let me know if there are any further questions.

Thanks for making sure that your Versa is connected to WiFi and charging.
In this case I'd recommend that you try following all of the steps in this article and in this one. They should definitely help in getting the stations to download into your Versa.
Keep me posted and let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.
