Fitbit App crashing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit app logged me out a few days ago, and I reset my password but now the app does not even open. I have a google pixel 3a, with android 11. I click to open the app and it immediately crashes. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared it's cache and still cannot get it to work.

I posted a few weeks ago about how my FitBit app kept crashing immediately after opening on the Google Pixel 3a. After the webview app update and the Fitbit app update I still cannot use Fitbit! The app crashes no matter what I do (clear cache, uninstall, reinstall, reboot device). This has lasted a few weeks and is super frustrating. I can't get my Fitbit to Bluetooth connect to my phone anymore since the app is required, and my device is practically useless now! When will updates come out that fit this issue?

I see where your frustration is coming from and truly appreciate the troubleshooting performed. Please let me know the app version installed on your phone.

You may want to check out the main thread as due to the system update released for Android devices, this may have caused your Fitbit app to crash.

Hi Silvia,

I have performed all of these steps, and my app still does not work. My Fitbit is now not showing the correct time for my current time zone and I can't even use it at this point. I've barely had it and it's frustrating nothing is working.
