Fitbit App have ability to Start/Stop activity as allowed on Charge 3

My Charge 3 display is not visible. Still functioning as far as tracking my steps, sleep, etc. I would like to be be able to start/stop my activity such as Walk, Elliptical, Run, etc through the app. My Polar Loop App has that feature. I have resorted to wearing both trackers when I am active.

You can do that, though only options are Walk, Run, Hike.

Day of Exercise tile > stopwatch icon top right > Tracking tab at top.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
