Fitbit App just shows a white screen

The Fitbit App isn't working. It's all white screen. I've called Google and told customer service and sent screen shots. They said Google is updating the App. I said why would they update the app during the day when people need the App. It's ridiculous!! Do it at night. They said oh sorry. This is so stupid. I told them I've never had this problem with Fitbit when they had it. This is the 3rd day. It's unexceptional. Ridiculous way of doing buisness.

@jodavis Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the Fitbit app. Recently many version of the app have been launched. This could be related your situation. First, make sure that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version shown on your Google Playstore. Second, I assume you see the Fitbit app design and tiles, but nothing is loading, right? If so, please try using a different internet network. Force quite the app and connect to either your mobile data or another network and try again. This has helped other users with this situation. @RodrigoMFitbit   Unless @jodavis  has recently updated from fitbit account to google account. Changing network ususally doesn't help anything.
