App keeps crashing immediately after starting up the app since it updated a few months ago. Have reinstalled and force-stopped several times since but nothing seems to be working. Can't find a way to report it. Please help me fix this?

I have fitbit blaze. Why is my app crashing again n again. I have reinstall it many time. Its works ok when i reinstall after 2-3 times it again crashes. I have android phone i have updated everything. Its so annoying

Hi there @Nico0401, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community and I'm sorry for the late response. I appreciate you bring this to my attention. We are aware of some app crashes that are under investigation. For more details go here.
I'm wondering if you have tried the new version of teh Fitbit app, and how it goes? Is the issue still persisting?
Perhaps a restart to the app will do the trick in case you still are having this issue. I saw you already forced closed the app, however I would like to give it another try to these steps in the following order:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version)
Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Otherwise, if the issue continue, please let me know how often is this happening? When start happening, was with version 2.71 or later? Is the app crashing with a function in specific?

I would recommend to review these suggestions.

Thanks for the reply. I used an old phone before that wasnt able to update the app (since I got it in Dec 2017), the issue started when I got a new phone and started using the latest version which was 2 months ago. Not sure what version that was... I updated the app 2 days ago and it's still happening (yes, did the force stop and re-install as well) ... It crashes every single time I try to open the app, haven't been able to even start synching since, let alone see any data. It even closes while pop ups from the app are showing. Please keep me up to date when we can expect the app to work again as I got my Fitbit just a few months ago and I hate it that I can't use it properly...

I just started having this problem a couple days ago. Using Windows 10 app, which I have reinstalled several time now. It works for a little while after the reinstall, but then all of a sudden starts crashing again when I attempt to open it.
