Hello,
I have a Sense and have noticed lately that when using the app on my phone, that I have to actually click on the food log to see my calories consumed/remaining where before it would just show up on the main dashboard type screen. It's a bit annoying, but not an overall deal breaker but it would be cool if it was fixed.
I tried restarting the Sense, restarting my phone, checked for phone and app updates (none), and then just deleted and reinstalled the app.
After doing that, all of my food logs from June 8th - June 14th have disappeared... not a big deal, I guess, as I don't track my food 100% accurately all the time as my main focus lately has been exercising and activity goals. But it's still frustrating to lose all of that info.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I found another thread where someone had a similar issue but only with quick add calories and that's not the exact same issue that I'm having. I saw where a moderator commented that a new app version was available, 3.60, but the play store doesn't show that for me and says I'm up to date with the 3.59.9 or whatever version I have.
Thanks!
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

Hello @dontbackdownx Welcome to the Forums!
Thanks for your post regarding the food log on the Fitbit app. I appreciate the detailed explanation. Please note that there is currently an issue with this tool on the Fitbit app. It is an issue overall with the food log. So I assume your situation is related as well. Our team is aware and currently working on a solution. Please keep your app updated. App updates are usually released gradually, please be so kind to keep on checking the Play Store for the next app update. I appreciate your patience.

I have the same issue. How do I track whether I am on track to hit my target. Also, my calories burnt seems very high at over 1500 even though i did a small amount of exercise. Is there an issue there as well?

I too have painstakingly documented all my food intake since Feb 2020 and now everything since 6/13/2022 has disappeared. The app wasn't documenting food intake correctly, so I force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled AS RECOMMENDED IN THIS FORUM...and after doing so lost all my calorie data since June 14. Someone please help!!!!!!

Take a look at your "recents" and your most recent food log there is probably when your app stopped talking to the Fitbit Servers. Try Clearing storage and clearing cache in your app. Keep in mind you will lose your calorie input logs up until about that day that you logged the last few entries in your recents. Then when you log a food again check your recents to see if it updated with whatever you logged. If it did you will have fixed it for the time being not sure how long it will last before it stops talking to the server again. I've been dealing with this since about a week prior to memorial day.
