Moisture in versa 2

My Versa 2 has Moisture where the lights blink. It is black and will not respond to any of the trouble shooting.  Anyone else ran into this?

Hello @Walkingmama6 

Try putting your Versa 2 in a bag with dry rice. Hopefully that will pull out the moisture. I’d leave it in the bag overnight. If that doesn’t help I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
