Fitbit App not showing tiles

After the latest Android app update (late Aug) I am no longer able to see the step count, stair count, etc.  It's just a white screen.  It shows the sleep and all the other information but it's the primary things that seem to be missing. If I click on the step count for example, it shows me the bar graph and numbers but the app is clearly not working correctly.  I have unpaired the Versa, repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled, and I even went as far as to factory reset BOTH my Versa and my phone!  HELP!!

Have you tried stopping the Fitbit app, or clearing the Fitbit cache or restarting the phone?
