Best AnswerHi @AudumnMist
Moved this thread from the Charge HR to the Android section since being a app related issue & increases the chance of getting a solution.
Wishing a wonderful day

Welcome to our Community @AudumnMist! Hope you're doing great!
Thank you so much for your help @SunsetRunner!
Mmmmhhh this is weird, I'd suggest you verify the following:
1. Your Internet connection is working correctly.
2. Bluetooth is enabled in your Android settings. Bluetooth also must be enabled within the Fitbit app. You can check this by tapping the menu button and selecting Device Settings.
Once you have verified the above please do the following:
1. Reboot your Android device.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app one more time and try setting up again.
I really hope this works, let me know the outcome! ![]()
