I just went on my first run with my new Pixel 6, I had a Pixel 3a before, and the app told me I had hit 3.5 miles and yet when I looked at my data after the run it said I only ran 2.86. My speed was also off because of the distance. I thought I was running faster because it told me in real time I was, but then the post data shows a speed closer to what I had been running. I also can look at two different pages for different data. The past run page with the bar graph shows the 3.5 it had told me while I was running, but map that shows your path shows the lesser distance and speed.
Does anyone know why it's telling me that I'm going farther during my run and then after says I didn't go that far?
Thanks for any help.

@Jordangraham Welcome to the forums. Thank you for the explanation and the data during and post run. Correct me if I am wrong, according to your explanation, the post data is actually correct. Given that post run data shows a speed closer to what you had been running. Right? Or would you say that neither are right? I find that really odd. Is that the first time it occurs? It may have been an issue with the GPS data at the time; data during the run I mean. However, I would try to restart my Fitbit device (click here for instructions) and go for a run again. Hope this helps! Have a nice day.
