Hi @sand1101  the time comes from the device you've set up to sync with. You can't manually change the time.

Hi @sand1101  -  if the time is not changing it may not be syncing which is necessary as @Odyssey13  says.

However, it is sometimes necessary to use How do I restart my Fitbit device? procedure to restart the watch [and possibly phone] for syncing to resume and time to be set.
