Hey Good day Everyone,
I have a fitbit versa 3 but when I got to download the fitbit app on google play, it's telling me "Your device isn't compatible with this version", does anyone know what I can do to solve this?

Hi @Bestman - check your phone compatibility - Fitbit-compatible devices the message may be telling you your phone is too old.

Hello @Bestman
Look here to see if your mobile device is compatible to use: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices You can also check here: https://static2.fitbit.com/devices If you find your mobile device is not compatible do you have maybe another device that is? iPad? Computer?
😃 Let me know if this does indeed answers your question.

Interesting 🤔 this post got selected as best answer already and the original poster hasn’t responded that their device is indeed incompatible or there’s another issue possibly happening. Maybe needing a mobile device update or help setting it up on another mobile device they may have

Hello again @Bestman
The error appears when the Play Store thinks your device isn’t compatible with the app you’re trying to download. This doesn’t mean that there’s an issue with your device. The error means the app developer hasn’t chosen your device for their app (for their own reasons). It’s also possible that the app isn’t available in your region. A possible reason you may see the above error on your device is that the Google Play Store has a miner glitch in it. This can cause the Store to display various errors. if that is the case to get around this issue, you can try clearing Play Store’s cache and data files. This doesn’t delete or affect any of your installed apps. Look here to see how to do so properly: https://helpdeskgeek.com/help-desk/fix-your-device-isnt-compatible-with-this-version-on-android/
😉 I’m hoping a simply cache clean will do the trick
